Desiderata Farm Drive west on route 66. Travel west towards Centerville and Gainsville. Pass by Centerville exits. Go south on route 29 at exit 43, towards Warrenton. Follow route 15 south towards Warrenton. Turn right (west) into route 29 towards Warrenton. Go through Warrenton on business route 29. After a coule lights, pass through light at intersection to route 17 north (Exxon gas station diagonally across street on right). Next light is route 211. Take a right (west) onto route 211. Travel about 8 miles. See gas statation on right at route 229. Take left (south) onto route 229. Travel about 8 miles. Pass Rixeyville Post Office on left and small convenience store on right. Turn right onto route 640, Monumental Mill Road. Travel about 6 miles. Pass by Docs Road. Within a half mile, coming up the hill and around the curve is Laurel Hill Lane. Left onto Larel Hill Lane (gravel road). Perennial Inn is the third building on left. At fork, bear left. Follow green signs to 7366 address. Look for sign on left for Perennial Inn. Yellow building at the top of the hill is Perennial Inn, Drive past the Inn to get to the Desiderata Farm barns. Welcome !
Drive south on route 15 towards Frederick MD and Leesburg VA. From Frederick MD, take route 340 west/south. Within ten minutes is a left (south) exit onto route 15 towards Leesburg VA. Cross the Potomac River at Point of Rocks. Take 15 south around or through Leesburg (either option turns into route 15 south (just below Leesburg VA). Follow route 15 south towards Warrenton. Turn right (west) into route 29 towards Warrenton. Go through Warrenton on business route 29. After a coule lights, pass through light at intersection to route 17 north (Exxon gas station diagonally across street on right). Next light is route 211. Take a right (west) onto route 211. Drive west on route 64 towards Charlottsville VA. Take right exit 159 to route 522 north. Travel noth on route 522. Zig zag through Mineral VA to stay on route 522. Continue north on route 522 towards Culpeper. Pass by Lake Ann. Just outside Culpeper 522 ends into route 3. Turn left at light onto Germanna Highway (route 3). Cross over route 29 and through the light. Pass by Germanna College (on right). Up the hill, at second light, turn right. This in Main Street (route 15/29) through Culpeper VA. On the north edge of Culpeper - McDonalds and Wendys in front of you - stay straight on route 229 north to Rixeyville VA. Do not bear right to route 29/15 into more of Culpeper. Pass by Culpeper High School. Follow 229 north to Rixeyville VA. Pass by Emerald Hill Elementry School. After Hazel River Church (on right just before Rixeyville VA) crest the hill and head down the hill (still on route 522) to Rixeyville convenience store. Take left (west) onto route 640, Monumental Mills Road. Travel about 5 miles. Pass by Docs Road (on your right). Within a half mile, coming up the hill and around the curve is Laurel Hill Lane.
