Perennial Inn provides bed, breakfast and board for riders and horses. The Inn is a centralized Hunting Haven, specializing in comfort and convenience for you and your horse. We are located off the main roads and provide a very peacefull and relaxing environment. The Inn has well appointed rooms available for the weary fox hunter. For your after-hunt-relaxation, the Inn has front and back porches with beautiful views of the surrounding pastures. Inside the Inn is a large common room with fireplace, a reading room/library and a separate dining area (for your breakfast). After the hunt or after dinner you can enjoy a soak in the hot tub. Your horse stalls are within 200 yards of your room. Plenty of trailer parking is available. Pastures surround the Inn. You might be able to watch your horse in its pasture right from your room. We are conveniently located between Warrenton and Culpeper, VA. and located near many hunts.
Bull Run, Casanova, Old Dominion, Rappahannock, Thornton Hill and Warrenton hunt fixtures are about 30 minutes away.
Farmington, Keswick, Middleburg, Orange and Piedmont hunt fixtures are within 90 minutes.
Perennial Inn is located near Civil War Attractions, Old Town Culpeper, Old Town Warrenton, and many wineries. Shenandoah Nation Park, Skyline Drive and Luray Caverns is about an hour away.

Rooms and Services
Each room at Perennial Inn is beautifully furnished and well appointed. The Inn has rooms with king, queen and single beds. Some rooms have a futon for an additional guest. Each room has a private bathroom. Satellite TV is standard in each room. Continental breakfast is served from 6am (for that early hunt) to 9am each morning of your stay. The Inn Keepers can help you make reservations at a local restaurant for your evening meal. Afternoon drinks and snacks can be provided upon request.
